在越來越注重權益的現在，投訴信也逐漸成為了一種考試的潮流，因此投訴信常常出現在英語考卷中。主要是寫自己因為什麼要投訴，介紹一下自己的情況，以及急需解決的問題表達自己急切的情感。這些是投訴信裏邊最主要的.東西，其他的自己在往上加，根據自己的情況而定。當然詞彙量是寫任何作文的基礎。
