這位同學在實習工作期間能夠獨立思考，善於舉一反三，能夠把學校裏面學到的東西按時有效得完成。在工作當中遇到什麼不懂的地方會積極向老員工請教。能夠虛心聽從別人的工作建議。同時該同學嚴於律己，遵守公司的規章制度，對於工作上的安排能夠服從，並且完成任務。跟公司其他同事相處關係和諧，其他員工也對該同學在工作能力以及工作態度上表示一致的肯定。
