首先向您簡單地介紹一下我自己。我叫餘蒙丹，出生於1987年，來自浙江台州，2009年6月畢業於浙江工商大學金融學專業。大學期間，我主動學習了專業知識、商務英語、計算機、心理學、商務談判、文學等知識，曾獲得校一等獎學金。學習之餘，我也積極參加學校的社團活動。2009年7月我加入印幅瑟斯技術中國有限公司飛利浦項目組。在infosys的這段時間，我學到了很多知識，比如會計專業知識、國際會計準則以及商務英語等知識。最重要的是，我在infosys學到了什麼是團隊精神。2012年3月，我加入了陽光財產保險股份有限公司寧波分公司，職位是會計主管，在這裏我更系統的學到了預算管理等財務知識以及最先接觸到了人員的管理。

現將我的核心競爭力彙報如下：

1、我有紮實的基本功，我在我的學習和工作期間都沒有虛度光陰，而是比同齡人更努力，這也是我為什麼期待比自己本身年齡段和資歷更高的職位。

2、我熟悉BPO行業、保險行業並瞭解國際商務行業。其中我最熟悉的部分是財務共享。因為我有四年的這方面的職業經歷，我在這方面會比較得心應手。但是我也願意嘗試其他有發展前景的工作內容。

3、我希望我的理念跟您是契合的。

我認為管理就是把合適的人放在合適的位置做合適的事，與此同時，我認為每個人都是聰明的、每個人的潛力都是無限的，也就是説每個人都有能力把本職工作做到最好。所謂合適，是願不願意做的問題，他是否夠敬業、是否勤奮、是否有責任心。

我未來10年的職業生涯是希望能夠成為職業經理人，並最終希望未來有機會可以成為領導者。我覺得管理者最重要的素質是：有主見、較強的學習能力和執行能力以及客户服務意識。一個企業和一個管理者能否成功，靠的是賓至如歸的客户服務意識。這個意識，我認為是最重要的。而我也具備這些基本的素質。

我最佩服的企業家馬雲認為一個成功的領導者要有胸懷、眼光、遠見。這點我也十分贊同。我最崇拜的人是曹操，我覺得他就是個有胸懷、眼光、遠見的人。他的精髓就是寧教我負天下人，休教天下人負我。我的理解是：首先，他是個人能力非常強的人;其次他有包容所有人才的胸懷，天下人負我也沒關係;再次他非常有眼光和遠見，他與劉備飲酒時就提出了天下英雄只有他和劉備，意思是他們會分割天下。

我為什麼期望加盟您的公司，是因為我期望您的公司文化是跟我的理念是契合的。我是個感恩的人，如果我加入了貴公司，並且貴公司給我提供了足夠的發展空間，我願意為您工作到退休以後。
