beginning
of
all,
Ill
spend

time

learn

experience

which
will
help
me
to
grow
up
faster.
Several
months
after,
I
should
already
get
the
feel
of

assignment.
Then
Ill
grow
furthur
into
the
job
and
the
whole
process
of

department.
Therefore,
I
can
make
better
use
of
my
talents
and
abilities.
Further
more,
I
wish
to
grow
gradually
as

member
of
small
and
medium
sized
projects,in
order
to
gain
more
experience
and
method
of
dealing
with
the
peoblems,
and
to
fit
into
the
company.
In
the
process
of
that,
even
a
little
success
can
also
be
the

to
my
work,
which
will
encourage
me
to
wade
into

task
more
active
in

future,
and
also
make
me
happiness
in

I
wish

will
