（一）活動感悟

本次英文演講名人模仿秀大賽以“懷舊經典，流金歲月”為主題，為選手們提供了一個充分展現自我的舞台。

首先進行的是主題演講比賽。選手們自由選定模仿對象，有的模仿馬丁·路德·金，激情澎湃的演講讓人熱血沸騰；有的模仿，意氣風發，讓人豪情滿懷。他們特色鮮明的演講給大家留下了深刻的`印象。參賽選手們水平不相上下，比賽十分激烈。他們的動作恰到好處，他們的模仿惟妙惟肖，嫻熟流利的英語脱口而出，現場經久不息的掌聲更為選手們增添了信心。比賽過程中還穿插了猜單詞的現場互動節目，台下的觀眾們踴躍上台參與，現場氣氛相當活躍。

(二)精神體現

在準備比賽的過程中，選手們努力背誦、理解演講稿，並仔細揣

摩語調，在此過程中不斷超越自我完善自我；本次比賽中，各參賽選手態度積極並在準備過程中努力創新，展現出各種不同ppt風格；演講台上，不怯場、不退縮，將自己最精彩的一面展現出來，這種善於拼搏的精神值得學習與發揚。

（三）簽到工作

活動前簽到雖只是一件很小的工作，但我們部門積極認真的負責人員簽到，堅決發對代簽，以此調動了學生會各部門參加個活動的積極性。

辦公室作為負責簽到的部門，做到內部成員無特殊原因的都積極參加，並堅決反對代人簽到。

（四）啦啦隊

辦公室為單位組成一個啦啦隊，並邀請其他部門加入，一起為生化學院加油。

在位選手加油的同時，我們辦公室為活躍演講氣氛，積極配合選手演講，一句簡單的“yes,we can”喊出了默契，喊出了團結，喊出了希望。

（五）獲得獎項

經過激烈的角逐，來自生化學院的張烜同學以《Beat yourself》贏得本次大賽的冠軍。亞軍由來自計算機工程學

院的黃志凱和來自人文學院的盧進軍摘得。經濟管理學院的朱傑、電子與電氣工程學院的朱福明、外國語學院的楊許可和生化學院的谷章春獲得季軍。

（六）注意點

活動過程中部員更加註意個人舉止，遵守現場秩序，不打鬧嬉戲，不大聲喧譁，認真聽完演講，並努力向他們學習，更加努力學習英語，當一個更加稱職的學生幹部。

我在杭外的英語學習大致分為兩個階段，外向型學習和內在型學習。

由於我就讀的國小當時尚未普及英語教育，所以我剛進杭外時，英語基礎幾乎為零。但現在看來，零基礎的學生似乎非常適合杭外的英語教育，因為這免去了老師糾正你之前學習偏差的工作，就如在一張白紙上畫畫比在一張初稿上作修改更方便一樣。

我天性開朗外向。在我最初接觸英語時，這種外向型的性格給了我很大的幫助。上課時，我會積極抓住每一次表現的機會，説英語、唱英語歌、演英語短劇、做英語演講等各種形式的教學安排基本上我都會參與。課餘時間老師會組織各色各樣的英語活動，比如英語配音、戲劇表演和英語小故事比賽，我也會積極報名參加。因此，我幸運地獲得了更多説英語的機會，練就了在公眾面前表達自己的能力並培養了學習英語的興趣。

雖然我參與的活動多與英語口語有關，但我所收穫的確不只侷限於口語方面。杭外形形色色的英語活動除了鍛鍊口語之外，對英語語感和學習興趣培養的作用也是十分顯著的。我七年級時的英語成績徘徊在班級下游，但九年級的時候已經穩定在中上水平了。然而平時我並沒有刻意花時間去提升自己的英語筆試成績。我覺得這應歸功於我豐富的英語活動經歷。

總之，國中的英語學習，重點應該在參與老師安排的各項英語教學活動中來，沒有必要埋頭鑽研英語筆試的內容。前者是杭外英語教育的特色，學生應該充分利用。

高一時期，我在英語學習上遇到了一些的瓶頸。我在英語活動中有着出色的.表現，但我缺乏內在的深厚積澱，給人一種華而不實的感覺。從那起，我開始將學習的重點放到內在的積累上來。在高二階段，我係統地自學了高中英語語法，有意識地擴充自己的英語閲讀量並在該學年堅持每天晚上熄燈前聽讀cnn新聞聽力30分鐘。平時説英語時有意識地訓練自己表達的邏輯性，有意識地運用一些新學的詞彙和句型，使得自己的演説更有內容。

高中英語學習的重點應該是注重內在積澱，紮實掌握所學知識。其中持續堅持的閲讀習慣、系統自學習慣、聽音習慣等扮演了非常重要的角色。因為它確保你每天有穩定的時間接觸英語。必須強調的是，積累的過程是非常漫長的，它可能陪伴你一生。

Learn How to Say No

We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely.

When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.
