遠程辦公的利好:

2. 遠程辦公對於職員有利好，具體而言，他們不必往返，工作時間靈活，也許幸福感更強，因為遠程辦公有效地克服了地理的障礙以及節省了時間成本。但是，遠程辦公對於職員的自律性要求極高，不是人人適合遠程辦公。
